1st Drink is: Wake Up drink.
One scoop of Turmeric Powder.
One Tablespoon of ~ CB MCT Oil ‘Energy’
Juice of One Line, Dash of Peper.
Drink 1st thing  in the Morning.

 

Next is: Morning Eye Drink.
Cut up 1 Carrot in to small pieces
1 cut up Line, & 2 Cups Water.
Boil for 7 minutes
Strain it. Drink in the morning.

 

#3 Drink is “Afternoon Eye Syrup”
In a Jar: 2 Lemons, cut into small peaces
3 pells Garlic cut into small peaces
4 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Cover with Honey.
Take One Tablespoon at Lunch Time

 

#4 Smoothie for Dinner
Blind: 1/2 tablespoons Black Chia Seeds, & 1 cup of Milk. (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup Dry Roasted Cashews. 1/2 cup Applesauce, 2 Banana, Chop 1/4 pineapple & ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, for 2 minutes and Drink at Dinner Time.

 

#5 ~ Bed Time Drink
Mix in a Blender 2 tomatoes with, Juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon.
Peel and spice 1 Kiwi, 1 chopped up Banana, 1 cup of Milk.
Then add a Hand full of Strawberries, 1/8 teaspoon power ginger
Blind for 2 minutes and Drink One hours before going to Bed.

 

Re-plavement for #3
Grate a carrot, add Juice of one Line, 3 Tablespoons of Honey
Mix well, Cover and let sit for 24 hours. Take one Teaspoon a Day.
